This application is to monitor and manage employee misconduct and performance. It is being used by more than 150 users.
The application should possess the capability for assisting the Administrators to effectively manage and monitor the misconduct of employees and to record the Allegation and Investigation of Misconduct.

Our application support all the monitoring process and able to run on all the browsers in a user-friendly manner with bug-free and customized approach that the users can configure and manage based on their role.
This application includes Business Process Flows, Security Roles, Field Security Profiles, Plug-ins to support tracking the employees misconduct and performance.
Our application allows the administrator to use Business Process Flows, Security Roles, Field Security Profiles, Plug-ins to support tracking the employees misconduct and performance by Employee Relations, Staff Relations,Information Technology, Operations and Executive Staff and Procurement.
Dashboard and Report are necessary for Administrators to have view on the managing employees misconduct, performance and action taken against misconducted employees.
Our application will support to view and manage employees misconduct, performance and action taken against misconducted employees and able to export the data in different format. Application has the capability to integrate with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint and SAP ERP systems.
Results:
The application is able to execute all the process without flaws and it is based on the users role and permissions.
